This week, the clients we helped were based in Scotland and they had their mortgage declined by Nationwide due to some minor adverse credit. So…what’s the problem they faced?
Broker number one placed the case with Nationwide who picked up the client had 2 defaults due to drop off within 3 months and refused to lend. Broker told the client to wait until they had gone off the report and say goodbye to their dream home.
Client’s were devastated and then found me online and thought they had nothing to lose by asking me!
In less than 5 working days we had a mortgage offer for their dream home with another high street lender and are due to complete any day now.
