1. Proof of Identity

  • Passport or UK driving license
  • National Identity Card (if applicable)

2. Proof of Address

  • Recent utility bill (within last 3 months)
  • Council tax statement
  • Bank or credit card statement (dated within 3 months)

3. Proof of Income

If Employed:

  • Last 3 months’ payslips
  • Latest P60 form (end of tax year summary)
  • Employment contract or letter confirming employment status

If Self-Employed:

  • Last 2 years’ SA302 tax calculations or full tax returns
  • Accountant’s reference letter (if available)
  • Business accounts for last 2 years (if applicable)

4. Bank Statements

5. Proof of Deposit and Savings
