Use this scorecard to prioritise what matters most in your home search. Assign scores, weigh factors, and compare properties to make confident, informed decisions.


Step 1: Define Your Priorities

Instructions: Assign a weight of 1–5 to each criterion, where 5 is most important.

Step 4: Compare and Decide

  • Rank your properties by Total Score.
  • Consider if lower-scoring properties might be improved (renovation, negotiation) or if higher-scoring properties meet your budget and priorities.
  • Review your notes and red flags before making an offer.

Tip: Keep a copy of this scorecard for every property you view. It will help you make objective decisions, avoid impulse offers, and strengthen your negotiation strategy.
